Please note: each piece is individually made to order especially for you. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for production after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase. 
Shipping providers may vary depending on destination and order type. 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 
Customs duties or import taxes may apply for international orders outside the European Union and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Important notice

Most of our jewellery pieces are individually made to order based on your selected specifications (such as ring size, gemstones, or finish). Because of this, certain items may not be eligible for return. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us - we are always happy to review possible solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Unless a product is customised or personalised, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

The withdrawal is considered timely if the communication is sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Returns

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalised. This includes jewellery pieces customised through the selection of ring sizes, gemstones, engravings, or similar individual adjustments.

Return conditions

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible and securely packed for transport. Original packaging is not a requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal.
