Important Notice

Most of our jewellery pieces are individually made to order based on your selected specifications (such as ring size, gemstones, or finish). Because of this, certain items may not be eligible for return. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us - we are always pleased to review possible solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Unless a product is explicitly non-customised, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, has received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done by email to mail@constanzechrosch.de or by post.

The withdrawal is deemed timely if the communication is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalised. This includes, in particular, jewellery pieces customised through the selection of ring sizes, gemstones, engravings, or similar individual alterations.

Return Conditions

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible and packaged securely for transit. Original packaging is not a mandatory condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
